Horse Spring Rider
The Horse Spring Rider is built for long-term use and safety, making it an excellent addition to any playground. Molded from weather-resistant rotomolded polyethylene, it features bright red coloring that is heat-applied to resist fading and vandalism over time. Note: This model does not include a spring boot.
Installation Instructions

Recommended seat height:
– 12–16" for toddlers
– 14–28" for preschoolers

Use zone: Minimum 6’ from the resting perimeter of equipment

Mount spring to bottom plate using SPR casting

Pour and level concrete in prepared footings

Use 9¼” x 9¼” plate as a template to insert ½” anchor bolts

Let concrete cure 2–3 days before mounting

Secure rider body to the spring and plate using provided hardware

Install appropriate resilient surfacing
Maintenance Guidelines

Inspect monthly and at the start/end of each play season

Check for cracks, rust, loose/missing hardware, or vandalism

Ensure proper lubrication of moving parts

Verify there are no hazards such as protruding bolts, exposed footings, or debris
