At Leisure Spectrum, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below is an outline of our straightforward return and refund procedure:

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted. -
Return Shipping Fees
If an item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs at no extra charge. However, if you decide to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. -
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back. Once it’s inspected and the issue is confirmed, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping charges. -
Change-of-Mind Returns
Should you decide that the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that in these cases, your refund will be for the item only, as return shipping costs will be deducted. -
Refund Process
After we receive and verify the condition of your returned product, you’ll get an email confirmation. We will then process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little longer to reflect the refund. If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, feel free to contact us at support@leisurespectrum.com.
