Installation Instructions

Assembly: Insert a washer on each side of the triangle hanger, then push it through the seat. Add a washer on the underside and secure with a nylock nut. Do not exceed two threads past the nut.

Attachment: Use shackles or S-hooks to connect chain to metal triangles.

Chain Recommendation: Use chain length appropriate for swing height to maintain ~24” seat height from surfacing.

Use Zone: Extend minimum 6 ft to the sides and twice the pivot-to-seat height in front and back.

Minimum Clearance from Surfacing: 12"
Maintenance

Inspect monthly and at the start/end of each season for:

Cracks, sharp edges, or worn plastic

Loose or missing hardware

Vandalism or corrosion

Worn chain or fasteners

Proper closure of S-hooks and shackles

Replace all swings from the same batch if one shows wear

Remove swings in temperatures below 0°F or above 100°F

Maintain detailed inspection and maintenance records
Install on level ground with adequate surfacing per ASTM F1292. Do not install over concrete or asphalt. Post appropriate warning signs as required by CPSC guidelines. This swing is not intended for adult use.
